Everything you need to use the ATLAS platform — from your first patient assessment to multi-site population health governance. Find the guide for your role below.
Every session in ATLAS — regardless of your role — begins with Start New Patient Session in your dashboard. The session modal asks which instrument to administer (MMAS-8 Only, PEACS Only, or MMAS-8 + PEACS), then auto-generates a Patient ID and routes the patient through consent. Find your role below for a step-by-step first session.
First time using digital data collection? Coming from REDCap or paper CRFs? This guide walks through every step — entering your workspace key, the consent flow, administering the MMAS-8 and PEACS, and exporting your dataset for your thesis or coursework.
Read Student Guide →Two pages. Print it. Laminate it. The six things you do every day — logging a patient, running ZOE, reading the Sentinel feed, MTM billing codes, exporting for reimbursement, and scheduling follow-up. Designed to live next to your dispensing terminal.
Print Quick-Ref Card →The complete feature reference for pharmacists and independent researchers. Covers the daily intake panel, ZOE voice assessments, SOAP note generation, MTM audit log, Sentinel follow-up flags, PEACS longitudinal tracking, and all export formats.
Read Deep Guide →Standard operating procedure for grant-funded principal investigators. Covers site setup and workspace key assignment, role hierarchy, data flow, IRB-grade export formats, escalation matrix, and the specific language needed for grant reporting and journal submission.
Read PI SOP →Operational procedures for the clinician, research coordinator, or informatics staff managing the Population Health Command Center. Sentinel alert triage, adding and removing sites, reading the cross-PI dashboard, bulk upload workflow, and escalation protocols.
Read Runbook →No workspace key, no registration. Click Explorer on the ATLAS entry screen for instant access to the full MMAS-8 + PEACS experience. Your data contributes to the global pool — not a private cohort. Use this to trial the platform before requesting a key, or for anonymous public collection. Use Start New Patient Session in the Explorer dashboard exactly as you would in a keyed workspace.
