1. Log in to your workspace

2. Log a patient (Daily Intake Panel)

Click ⚕ Daily Intake · Quick Entry at the top of your dashboard to expand it

Enter Patient ID (your internal code, e.g. PT-042)

Add Medication and Condition (optional but recommended for billing)

Answer the rapid 3-item screen (30 seconds). Score <2 auto-triggers Sentinel flag

Add clinical notes. Tick "Flag for full ZOE" if full MMAS-8 needed today

Click Log Patient →. Entry appears in MTM Audit Log instantly

3. Run a full ZOE voice assessment

Click New Assessment → in the MMAS-8 panel

Patient enters country, medication, condition on consent screen

Click 🎙 Start with ZOE — hand device to patient or hold near them

ZOE speaks each question. Patient responds naturally. ZOE interprets and scores

After Q8, ZOE generates a SOAP clinical note automatically (2–3 seconds)

A follow-up card appears showing next assessment date (7/14/30 days by score)

ZOE requires mic permission Chrome will ask for microphone access the first time. Click Allow. ZOE will not work in Safari.

Adherence Patterns

INA · Intentional

Patient chooses not to take medication. Side effects, doubts, cost. Needs motivational counseling — reminders alone will not work.

UNA · Unintentional

Patient intends to take but forgets or has access barriers. Pill organiser, alarm, blister pack. Most common pattern.

Mixed Pattern

Both INA and UNA present. Often polypharmacy. Address barriers first, then motivation.

High Adherence

Fully adherent. Positive reinforcement. Document for clinical record. Follow-up 30 days.

Sentinel Alerts — When they fire

Urgent (red) — INA pattern, score <4, or ZOE clinical flag. Act within 7 days.

Moderate (amber) — Medium adherence. Follow-up in 14 days.

Routine (green) — High adherence. Scheduled 30-day reassessment.

Sentinel alerts appear in the right sidebar of your dashboard. Click "Mark Reviewed" when actioned to clear the queue.

Follow-Up Link

After every ZOE session, click "📋 Copy reminder link" on the follow-up card. Paste into SMS, email, or patient portal. The link opens a pre-filled ATLAS assessment for that patient.

MTM Billing — CMS CPT Codes

99605	Initial comprehensive MTM encounter — first time seeing this patient for adherence. ATLAS auto-assigns on first log.	First 15 min
99606	Follow-up targeted MTM — patient seen before. ATLAS auto-assigns after first encounter.	First 15 min
99607	Additional time — INA pattern or complex cases requiring extended counseling. ATLAS auto-assigns for INA + score <4.	Each add. 15 min

Auto-assignment logic ATLAS automatically suggests the correct CPT code in the MTM Audit Log based on whether this is a first or follow-up encounter and the adherence pattern. Always verify against your payer's current requirements before submission.

Click ↓ Export PDF for a print-ready audit document, or ↓ Export CSV for electronic submission

The PDF includes patient ID, date, CPT code, score, adherence level, pattern, condition, intervention documented, and instrument name with license reference

PEACS — Predictive Emergence

PE = (BASE × MVMT × STRATA)^1/3. Scores range 0–1. Above 0.70 predicts sustained adherence.

Troubleshooting

Cannot reach validation server Check internet connection. ATLAS requires active connection. Try mobile data hotspot.

ZOE not responding to voice Microphone permission must be allowed in Chrome. Check browser settings → Privacy → Microphone. ZOE does not work in Safari or Firefox.

Patient submitted under wrong workspace Contact info@adherence.cc with your key prefix and the approximate timestamp. Records can be moved between workspaces.

Export shows zero records Ensure you are logged in with your workspace key (green chip top-left shows your key). Explorer mode does not allow export.
